He walked through the complete call flow but the course does not talk about the objection handling. Believe, there would be another material on the same. One suggestion- If you could include a software like erp/rds(a no brainer for all) as an example then it would help the IT B2B folks. I do understand the examples of yours are easy to grasp as the students are from all walks of life. I highly recommend this course.”
