It was a good match because although I already have had sales training in the past that dealt with value propositions, it’s easy to get too comfortable and miss or hurry through a step, which diminishes the effectiveness of the method. This was a good course that was improved by the use of several examples to illustrate the concepts.

Clearly a very knowledgable instructor. Overall, I feel like this is a very good basic training course on cold calling sales. However, if you have some experience with sales from before, I wouldn’t recommend it. To really get the most out of this course, I feel like you have to go through the 10 others provided by the same instructor. Each lesson is short, and the instructor doesn’t spend much time on each of the points he’s trying to make.

I have already become what I think about. SALES ! So much so that my girlfriend gets mad at me because its all I think about. I NEVER quit trying to get a sale from new customer until they tell me to stop. And I ALWAYS say thank you to new and old customers. I too give myself an “A” in my job and an “F” in home life. Guess I need to work on that. And I always do treat our business like my own. In fact I told our younger sales reps at one of our sales meetings recently to do the same..
