What is the time commitment for my rep during each week of the program?

Roughly 2–4 hours per week. 2 hours in the virtual class and 2 hours worth of assignments.

How do I know if the training is working?

Weekly manager check-ins. Certification milestones. And most importantly — activity and pipeline movement you can see in your CRM within the first few weeks.

What if my reps are at different tenure levels?
