There are 3 components to the TSP that help develop successful sales professionals:
You will get a white-labeled course with YOUR LOGO that covers the 12 featured topics. These courses were based upon training methods used at XEROX (B2B manufacturing industry). These 12 topics account for over 18 hours worth of training that you can use indefinitely to reinforce skill development at your company.
Your salesperson will have 3 – 4 virtual trainings sessions per month with a document technology instructor. These sessions will build upon the course learnings and include regular monthly classes on prospecting. The length of these classes will be from 90 minutes to 2 hours per session.
Your sales leadership team will meet with the TSP instructor monthly to go over reports of progress, sales performance and strategic alignment about your sales employee. We are committed to helping you develop a top performer.

The TSP Sales Training Course has a one-time fee of $997 per employee. This gives the salesperson access to the online 12 sales training modules we will cover throughout the program.
The TSP also has a cost for Weekly Sales Coaching & Accountability Updates to the sales leadership team. This investment is $497 per employee per month. No minimum monthly commitment.
The sales training classes are designed to be weekly. If your company has specific requirements, contact us and let’s see how we can accomodate.
We will keep the groups to around 5 salespeople with a max of 10 at a time. Contact us to make sure there is room for your salespeople in the next training group.
The full program is designed to be 6 months long. However, there is no term commitment to have your salesperson in the program.
